In this production of Hurricane Diane, I was the Wardrobe Supervisor and the Assistant Costume Studio Manager. I delegated duties and changes to three dressers. I oversaw/choreographed quick changes, created a run sheet and preset sheet, attended fittings, and set up the backstage space.
Setting up
A rack lived backstage with all costumes except TOS and top of A2. There were slippers for all actors since they were barefoot sometimes.
The backstage rack was labeled with characters and look numbers. My run sheet indicated where the looks went and when. Each actors had a designated booth or room to change in that contained their mirror list
